Ticketing systems reviewed

28 Mar 2006 | No CommentWe will be internally developing a new ticketing system later this year. I have been doing to preliminary research in regards to other ticketing systems. Basically I am looking for ideas that others have put together so I can add those ideas to my brainstorming sessions and hopefully develop into requirements. So far PerlDesk has been on the top of my short list.

Comments on technologychief.com are DoFollow, and use KeywordLuv. Simply enter your name @ your keywords for your website, and the link to your site will use those keywords as anchor text, which is a great SEO bonus on a DoFollow blog. For example, I would enter Matt @ Technology News, and my name in the comments would appear as Matt from Technology News, with the website URL anchored by my top keywords. :)
