My GoDaddy Pain

GoDaddy is a difficult company to work with. We are not a customer, well I am personally, but not at work. We have several customers that have been blocked from sending email to any GoDaddy hosted email accounts. Come to find out GoDaddy has two issues. One issue is they block an entire class C of IPs because of a single spam notification. Often a class C that is assigned to us is broken up and SWIP’d to multiple customers. GoDaddy refuses to only block the IP ranges of the accused spammer. So they are impacting multiple customers and they don’t care. The second issue is they claim some of our customer IP blocks are dynamically assigned. This is false and a quick check with ARIN proves it. Again GoDaddy does not care. I have esculated to a manager and they will do nothing. They suggested I send an email to president@godaddy.com. We will see where that leads. More to follow.
